Excellence Day promotional campaign begins

Qatar TV has began airing advertisements to raise awareness on the Education Excellence Day event and encourage Qatari youth to develop their talents and explore their internal creative energies to achieve excellence in all fields. The event will be held on November 11, 2007 under the patronage of HH Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, Heir Apparent and Chair of the Supreme Education Council (SEC).

The ad features young male and female youth of Qatar as they work their best to reach excellence in scientific, athletic and artistic fields. The ad can be seen and heard on TV and radio throughout the day during the month of October and November.

The campaign is launched by the SEC's Office of Communications includes a documentary called MY JOURNEY TO EXCELLENCE, posters and a special web page.
