Evaluation Institute publishes PIRLS 2010 mock tests

PIRLS International Study Center at the Evaluation Institute published a set of texts in both Arabic and English along with their questions and scoring guides to be distributed among the participating schools in the pilot field test which will take place in Qatar beginning mid-March 2010. The tests will be conducted in 40 different primary independent, semi-independent, private Arabic, community and international schools. PIRLS, which measures the reading and literacy proficiency levels among grade four students in Qatar will take place in February and March 2011.
