The Supreme Education Council web site is a key source of information about Education for a New Era and one of the most important vehicles of communication between the SEC, its three institutes (Education Institute, Evaluation Institute and Higher Education Institute), and all stakeholders. This bilingual website (Arabic and English) is updated regularly, to provide the latest news and information about Qatar's pioneering K-12 education reform initiative and reports on the institutes activities.

The website uses cutting edge technology to provide visitors with various materials such as news, press releases, official documents such as application forms for scholarships, training programs and application forms for Independent School Operators. The site also includes interactive and multimedia services, providing a wealth of information in the form of video clips, sound files, and images.

provides information on whatever is new in Qatar's K-12 education reform initiative.

provides in-depth coverage of an event or issue under discussion at a particular point in time. This month, it highlights the launch of the National Professional Standards for School Teachers and Leaders.

is devoted to responding to questions from stakeholders, including teachers, parents, community members, etc.

BLOG
