Excellence Forum for Cohort IV leaders

Al Nahda Primary for Girls independent School arranged an “Excellence Forum” aimed at developing a strategy for joint cooperation between Independent schools and raising the level of education and learning. The forum included leaders from 18 pilot elementary, preparatory and secondary Cohort IV Independent schools.

The undersecretary at the Ministry of Education, Mr. Mohamed Rabia Al-Kaabi and the principals of the schools under the flag of “Excellence Forum” attended the event.

Mr. Abdul Aziz Al Sayed, the principal of Abdul Rahman Bin Jassim Preparatory Independent School for Boys and Abdullah Bin Turki Model Independent School for Boys gave a speech saying, “the forum for Cohort IV schools leaders was a means to enable them to become doers that call themselves leaders of excellence. Distinction is not limited to a certain regiment or even a particular school, it is the right of each aspirant and creative individual because excellence is the most important objective of the education development initiative”

The agenda of the forum included the establishment of specialized centers to support the educational process, recruitment and professional standards for teachers, support the elements of assessment, the establishment of an Educational Supplement, the transfer and exchange of experiences among Independent schools.
