School Mission
Al-Qadeseya Independent School seeks to establish an international school environment, which will address all students' aspirations and needs as well as integrate students with special needs. We aim to do this by providing academic programs that challenge all their abilities. The school attempts to provide a safe school environment, which is supported by qualified and experienced teaching staff. The integration of data technology is a primary goal along, with preparing our students to be productive and responsible citizens who are aware of their cultural identity.

The vision
We believe that education is a continuous process and that in order to enable student improvement Al Qadeseya Independent School seeks to:

Provide classrooms that are staffed by motivated teachers; focus on developing students who will be special individuals; and produce professionals who have all the required skills for an advanced world

Our vision aims to:

• Accelerate student achievement in specialist subjects and develop general excellence in learning and education.

• Implant the value of patriotism in our students under the auspices of our true Islam religion and its related international principles.
  

Educational Goals
Al Qadeseya Independent School aims to meet students' needs and ambitions by providing a varied curriculum, program, and resources, which assist in the development of students’ characters and enable integration.
We undertake to:

• Create and prepare the varied educational environment and community, which is appropriate for all pupils and also aim to discover the pupils’ abilities, their hidden abilities and talents and then develop, satisfy and promote them.
  
• Demonstrate concern and care of student behaviour, establish discipline and provide the social guidance, which will be effective and allow them to share in the different activities available in and out of the school
  
• Give opportunities for the family and the parents to see how the school and the staff work with the all pupils to achieve a truly international school. Family and parents will also be invited to take part in the workshops, scientific projects and behavioural projects being implemented in school.
  
• Provide opportunities for further education, development and training to the female employees and management staff members.
  
• Ensure that the school gives many opportunities for the students to develop, progress and to be excellent.
  
• Intensify the educational and social meetings between the parents on the one hand and the pupils, teachers and management staff members on the other side, through sharing projects, activities and programs through all the school year.
  
• Members of the school staff should view educating students as teamwork, and cooperate with each other using educational strategies to enable the pupils to achieve and develop in general and in subject knowledge and learning.
  
• Implant self motivation in the pupils mind by asking them to execute specific projects e.g. Investigation of people from different professions.
  

The school undertakes to provide social, emotional, and psychological guidance for individuals, which will include students, parents, teachers and administrators.
