Educational Plan

School Mission
To establish a premium hi-tech elementary girls teaching facility that is both an excellence education model and an effective center of the community.

The ultimate goal of schooling we believe, is to produce a happy, productive, engaging, ambitious and healthy in all aspects, member of the community, therefore we will strive to achieve extensive community involvement which we believe is essential to the success of the educational process. The school must play an effective role in the community development and like wise the community must play an effective role in the success of education.

Since no matter how exceptional the 5 to 6:30 hours period that the student spends at school, her personality and aspirations will ultimately and hugely be shaped by his family and community, from there we derive our mission of effective community partnership. Our school will become a community center after the school day and the school year - it will be a place for the whole community to come in and learn how they can be a supporting system that feeds in and completes the students’ educational and conscience forming experience.

We believe the main tasks for the elementary educational experience is to equip the child with the keys of knowledge to discover her abilities, her ambitions and the world around her. In more tangible terms, excellent reading, writing, communication, comprehension, self management and problem solving skills; which are the theme across a carefully designed and aligned curriculum of standard and non standard subjects.

Our Educational plan and instructional program will consist of detailed and clearly outlined aims and techniques that lead to a differentiated learning experience that meets individual student needs while maintaining high expectations for student achievement.

The third pillar of our mission concerns the infrastructure for the above ever demanding and dynamic proposals; the educational process management. Looking for the best qualified and experienced management and teaching staff, in addition to constant assessment of students, staff and overall educational outcomes, with solid systems that deal with the assessments results will guarantee a constant state of development and better results. Before all of that, we will form a think tank where community members meet with educational and other relevant fields' experts to clearly set out insightful and community driven leadership.

Educational Goals

School Environment

  • Happy school, happy student and a happy community.
  • High expectations for student and staff achievement.
  • Warm and open environment for students, staff, parents and the community.
  • The school will celebrate student achievements throughout the whole school building.
  • Each class will have all the relevant resources inside the class, from grade appropriate mini multimedia library to a relaxation/story time mat.
  • We believe in the importance and advantage of early preschool education, therefore we would aim to encourage the community to enroll their kids at an early age.
  • The school will be designed to accommodate comfortably, physically handicapped students.
  • Provide a healthy school environment: healthy water, healthy food, healthy air, and a healthy classroom.
  • Connect the children to nature in order to raise environmental awareness by having plants in the classroom and subjects like gardening and animal care, walking barefoot on the beach.
  • Effective community involvement. Cooperate with public and private institutions to enhance the relationship between the school and the community and to broaden the horizon of the students.

Education Management

  • Through constant assessment and analysis of staff and student performance and the educational process outcomes according to specialist designed assessment procedures, students with learning disabilities, psychological or physical problems will receiver proper care from experts - student support team - also teachers with performance problems will easily be detected and corrected through teacher performance reports.
  • Consult with specialists on how best to stimulate creativity in children and on how to nurture gifted students.
  • We believe that the teacher is the heart of the educational process and ultimate source of inspiration or desperation for the student; therefore we would opt to carefully select modern school teachers and closely monitor their performance.
  • The teachers will be given a great amount of independence to incorporate innovative and new techniques, at the same time they will be closely watched and held accountable.
  • Establish a state-of-the-art Multimedia library, which is the central resource in the school for students, staff and community members, and design programs to connect the students with the library. The library, we believe is very crucial as it is the prime key to knowledge research and the producer and source of life long learners, and a multimedia library we think is a very rich and dynamic addition that would enable students to learn more and in different ways.
  • Strong systems of academic support and intervention for students.
  • Leadership support for innovation and collaboration.
  • We will outsource as many as possible of the building and other functions so that we can concentrate on the core functions.
