School Mission
The school will serve boys from grades five to seven in the 2006/2007 academic year. In the 2007/2008 academic year, we will convert to serving students in grades six to eight, and grades seven to nine in the 2008/2009 academic school year. We offer a quality education that prepares young men to be successful leaders of their community and productive members of Qatar’s society.

We educate each individual by offering a strong academic curriculum while emphasizing key elements of our Life Skills curriculum. Through our Life Skills’ program we focus on:

  • Building strong character and morality
  • Promoting national and global citizenship
  • Developing each student’s independence, spirituality, and intelligence
  • Forming an Islamic and social identity through establishing strong bonds with family and community.

Educational Goals
We will achieve the above through teaching methods and strategies followed in each subject. In addition to the positive relations we will establish with the students, the teachers and staff will set good examples by being positive role models. Our attention to good citizenship, positive character and strong moral leadership impacts positively on desired student behaviour.

Additionally, we expect students completing grade 7 by the end of the 2007/2008 academic year to be able to:
  • Practice interpersonal skills and personal responsibility as taught through our Life Skills curriculum
  • Read, speak, and write Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) in their daily lives as well as for academic purposes
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Islamic studies in a moderate way emphasizing dialogue, mutual respect, and tolerance
  • Read, speak, and write English proficiently to qualify for the Key English Test (KET) through the Cambridge English Program by the end of grade 9
  • Use internet technology and practice computer skills in preparation for the International Computer Drivers License (ICDL)

We offer our students and their parents an education balanced in academic skills and character building goals. We apply a variety of instructional methods, approaches and techniques to assist us in achieving our objectives. We undertake to meet these challenges within a motivated and secure educational environment that is centered on the student. We offer parents a partnership to work together to educate, develop, and prepare their children as leaders, parents, and a workforce contributing to the national economy.
