Educational Plan
We are willing to assist and direct a secondary school for girls from Grade 10 to Grade 12 based on Science, Mathematics, Technology and data, in addition to English Language, in line with international development trends and under a motto: (Education to a new Era)

School Mission
The mission of our school is to establish a school with highly motivated students and to pursue excellence in academic knowledge, skills, and behaviour for each student, resulting in measured improvement against local, national, and world-class standards.

• Our school aims to maintain the national identity and enhance students’ loyalty towards their country, along with adopting high morals and values.
  
  
• Our school will focus on Science, Mathematics, and Technology, and strive to prepare students to become self-directed, responsible, and productive individuals within a rapid changing society.
  
  
• Our challenging programs will emphasize the utilization and responsible application of technology through problem solving, project-based learning, and interdisciplinary education.
  
  
• The school believes that all students should become conversant with the current international issues that arise from the development of modern science. It is our expectation that a strong base in scientific study, bolstered by mathematics, English and Arabic languages, and the appropriate integration of current technology, that will equip students to tackle the cultural and intellectual questions of the next generation.
  
  
• At our school, we will touch on the future each day through trust, technology, cooperation, academic learning and active exploration and will be committed to producing students who possess the skills needed in an increasingly complex information society.
  
  
• Additionally, it is necessary that our students become individuals who can think critically, utilizing creative problem solving and work effectively in a group to prepare them for the ever-changing job market. Therefore, our mission is to improve student performance, reduce the dropout rate, improve attendance, increase technology literacy & improve highly –gifted students skilled students, all in a supportive, positive atmosphere, which stresses time on task and high quality work.
  
  
• Also we will be committed to graduate students that have special skills in a society full of interrupted sequences of information.
  
  
• In addition we will strive to build a unique personality for every student so that she will be able to think logically & critically, by using the problem solving skills in an innovative way, and to work effectively within groups, to be prepared for a continuously changing job market.
  
  
• Accordingly our aim is to improve our students performance, decrease the percentage of the student drop out ratio and also increase the attendance, in line with computer knowledge and information, all this in a positive and supportive educational environment, that assures the importance of time management and completion of good quality work.

Educational Goals
The following goals have been set to carry out the mission of our school and achieve its vision:

The school's aim is that pupils achieve high academic and social levels, in order to gain the following qualities:

School Operator: Mrs. Fawziya Abdulla A. E. Ashkanani
Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Qatar University (1998). Mrs Ashkanani has 18 years of experience as a social worker. She attended a lot of seminars, workshops and training courses mostly related to social services.
