School Vision:
To become the best option for those searching for good contemporary education that honors social principles and deep rooted traditions of Qatar.

School Mission:
Our school is committed to providing intermediate schoolboys from Grades 7 to 10 with a meaningful education that will prepare them for functioning successfully in the 21st century. We affirm our commitment to provide a rich educational bilingual program for all students according to their unique abilities and learning styles. We strive to help learners develop a sense of self worth, personal responsibility, and self–discipline in harmony with the teachings of Islam. Our programs are designed to prepare learners to use multiple strategies and technologies in a rapidly changing environment. Recognizing that the learner environment includes home, school, and community, we seek to bring these elements into a cooperative and dynamic relationship through a positive school environment. All school students, general education staff, special education staff and parents work together to promote opportunities in which there are high expectations, academic rigor, and self-learning. Our school implements an extensive curriculum that emphasizes an integral approach to teaching language, math, science, technology, life skills, dramas, social studies, Islamic studies and varied learning activities. Students in our school will:

  • As mentioned above the goal of the school is according to the educational policy of the state of Qatar that comes from the firm teachings of Islam and the original Arab customs and traditions.

Education Goals:
Our school aims at providing educational services for the children of Al Khor and to produce a generation of scholars, intellectuals, and civilized, pragmatic and creative people through:
  1. Providing basic academic skills (for every student), which give them the ability to continue with their education and link with contemporary sciences in the following stages of learning (Scholar).
    • To master the art of reading and writing Arabic and English language.
    • Skills of communicating, conversation and dialogue.
    • Skills of scientific research and investing of history, geography and environment studies.
    • Skills of contemporary technology (computers)
    • 40% of our students shall score high grade of more than 90% in the national exams
    • 40% of our students shall score middle grade of 65%.

  2. Providing general life skills and knowledge and ability to think logically to build a strong independent personality in every student (Intellectual).
    • Ability and skill correct logical thinking.
    • Technical thinking.
    • Skills in health and physical nutrition.
    • Moral, spiritual and civil principles that spring out from the Islamic teachings and the deeply rooted Qatari traditions and customs.
    • Skills of communicating with others and collaborative thinking.

  3. Practicing and implementing knowledge, morals and skills learnt (Pragmatic):
    • Implementing skill and practical utilization of knowledge.
    • Ability to perform in a team in a cooperative way.

  4. Moral and Civilized Conduct (Civilized):
    • To provide the student with comprehensive set of school principles.
    • To apply forms of conduct and translating principles into conducts.
    • To provide the student with values and skills of building a strong independent personality and promote the same through school activities.

  5. Abilities in Achievement and Creativity (Creative):
    • To enable the student create a number of new ideas.
    • Develop and support the talented and people with special needs.
    • Guide inclinations of students towards creative thinking and invention.
    • To provide students with skills of practical achievement and to shift from the thinking to real implementation phase.
During the preparation of curricula and extra-curricula activities, every objective will have a quantitative standard and a system of transitory assessment on the achievement of objectives set.

School Operator: Mr. Abdullah Abdulrahman Al-Naimi
Bachelor of Education in English from Qatar University (1980) and a Diploma in English Language (1992). Mr. Al-Naimi has several years experience in the education field and has attended a lot of seminars, workshops and training courses in the education domain.
