School Mission
Our school serves boys from kindergarten to grade six. It is intended to establish an enabling environment for staff, parents, and the community to work together to create a model school integrating technology and literacy in the classroom. Each student has the opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become a life-long learner and a responsible, constructive member of society.

Our mission is to educate every student in a cooperative and collaborative environment and promote intellectual, social, emotional and physical development in students to become self-motivated and life-long learner through commitment to excellence.

Our school will aim at:

• Providing students with cooperative learning skills that are associated with science, self confidence, communication abilities and respect of others’ opinions;
  
• Providing internationally accredited curriculum. Core subjects – Arabic, English, Mathematics, and Science, will be offered based on Qatari national curriculum standards. Islamic Studies, IT, Arts, Social Studies and extra-curricular activities will complement the core courses to become well-educated and productive members of the society;
  
• Focusing on language to improve academic achievement in all areas
  
• Developing the scientific, analytical, critical and creative abilities of the students within a stimulating environment and through free activities that can enhance such abilities
  
• Providing students with constant self-learning skills in order to keep up with changes in the information age;
  
• Encouraging students to be familiar with information technology;
  
• Discovering and promoting students' inclinations and interests through active learning and an attractive and motivating environment;
  
• Building on parent and community support to improve academic achievement;
  
• Providing all staff members with information, skills and attitudes necessary for maintaining constant improvement of school and its total quality; and
  
• Becoming a training center for other schools through workshops.

Educational Goals

• Ensure all students achieve the basic academic skills in all subjects as per SEC standards;
  
• Provide students with the required knowledge in Information and Technology to help them in their education and life;
  
• Students passing Forth Grade shall be able to develop abilities to use the Internet. Students passing sixth grade will be able to surf the Internet;
  
• Encourage each student to develop his independent way of thinking and point of view;
  
• Formulate a development plan for teachers and staff, with focus on Qatar nationals
  
• Provide a safe, healthy and enjoyable environment that fulfills various students’ needs, encourages creativity and enhances student’s intellectual skills
  
• Build a cultural identity for each student that represents the rich Arabic and Islamic heritage
  
• All students graduating Forth Grade will be able to use Microsoft Word or similar in both Arabic and English. Arabic and English papers of 150 to 200 words must be produced;
  
• Students will be able to read and write to their grade level as per SEC standards;
  
• Sixth grade students to be able to write 500-word Arabic story and a 500-word English story;
  
• Organize a sports day at least once a month
  
• Formulate school football team by 2007-2008; and
  
• Organize one Science Fair annually.

School Operator: Mrs. Mona Hassan Y. H. Al-Ansari
Bachelor of Education in Arabic & Islamic Studies from Qatar University (1987) and Master of Education in Instructional Leadership - educational guidance - from Colorado State University, USA (1995). Mrs. Al-Ansari’s experience spans over 15 years covering positions such as teacher, coordinator, supervisor and principal at Modern Kindergarten. She has participated in various seminars, workshops and training courses in the education domain such as Leadership and Curriculum preparation, School Management, Reports' Writing, etc.
