Mission
The School will cater for girls aged 15 to 18 years. Programs offered will be international in nature which will enable students to obtain the University of Cambridge IGCSE at Year 11 and GCE AS Level at Year 12.
The school aims to set up a secondary educational centre that delivers quality education that is recognized internationally. The school will present a continuous, balanced and differentiated programme of studies with an emphasis on the teaching of Islamic Education so that girls take pride in their religion fostering self-confidence, tolerance, honesty and integrity.
Vision
The school is committed to a holistic, integrated approach to change involving all aspects of schooling, including curriculum, teaching and learning strategies, assessment, school organization and school culture, and will work hard to engage parents and the community dynamically in the work of the school.
Educational Goals
The school is going to achieve certain goals such as:

Prepare students for the University Of Cambridge IGCSE Examinations at Year 11 and the AS Level Examinations at Year 12. (70% of the students must achieve Grade C or more) allowing students to study at any University in Qatar or abroad.

Adopt a student-centered approach in which teaching and learning methodologies promote the best habits of independent thought, study and research in our students through an enjoyable, lively and creative process of education.

To promote the key skills of communication, working with others, improving own learning and performance, problem solving and thinking skills.

To provide a framework for personal and social health education through a system of Form Teachers.

To provide a program of career education and opportunities to visit Universities and Colleges of Higher Education.

A commitment to the conduction of a school self review supported by Performance and Quality Indicators. In the first year of operation, Quality Indicators will be applied to the following areas: Professional Leadership and Management, Curriculum Development and Student Assessment and Reporting.

Regular Interactions with parents through open meetings and all other means including sms- messages and e-mail will be carried out to discuss student progress, provide feedback and ensure satisfaction with the school’s Program of Studies.

Islamic Education and History will be taught throughout the school in addition to inviting lecturers and celebrating religious and cultural events so that students take pride in their identity and be inspired to contribute to the building of their country and the world at large.
