School Mission
Al-Khaleej Al-Arabi Independent boys School is designed to serve a maximum of
625 male students.
The school’s mission is to provide differentiated learning opportunities
measured by carefully constructed assessment programs, enabling students to
achieve at a level that will maximize success in a challenging elementary
school. The school aims to contribute to the development of loyal Qatari
citizens who embrace Islamic traditions and behavior, will respect the beliefs
and attitudes of others and, work together to create a better and more peaceful
world.
Our mission is based on the belief and practice that students will grow up to be
ethical, positive and believe in education as a way of life.
We are committed to the provision of a quality education that is based on
self-reflection and the belief that there is always a place for improvement.

Educational Goals
We aim, through curriculum planning, assessment and delivery to provide:

A curriculum that embraces Islamic traditions and beliefs and reinforces the
values and culture of the nation

for knowledge, and also develops a range of skills which allows them to achieve

An alignment of Qatari National Standards of Learning to the teaching and
learning for students

An education model that incorporates an interactive, cooperative, enquiry
based and ICT focused environment. With curriculum integration, this model
provides a holistic approach to learning as the student continues to be
challenged to explore at a more comprehensive level for information and

Shared teaching beliefs that guide the way the curriculum is delivered. All
students receive the support they need to access the curriculum. This includes
students with special education needs and students who need support in learning
both Arabic and English,

School Operator: Mrs. Alia Ibrahim Mohammad Al Khulife
Bachelor degree in Arts and Education of Education in Arts from Qatar University
(1985) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Qatar University (1992). Mrs. Al
Khulife has more than 16 years experience in the education field. She worked as
a social studies and history teacher in preparatory and secondary schools, and
worked as a vice principal and a communications coordinator for the Independent
School. She has been the Operator at Al Khaleej Al-Arabi Independent School
since 2005. She also participated in many training workshops including Quality
based strategic planning and the Educational leaders preparation program.
