School Mission
Ali Bin Abdullah Independent School will serve 625 students from grade1
to grade 6, providing them with a strong foundation in education, as well as
developing their social, emotional, physical and creative skills of creativity.
The school will prepare students to become active citizens and leaders,
empowered with knowledge, understanding and skills through an educational
program which will allows each student to achieve academic success in all
subjects, and to master the SEC curriculum standards of the four core subjects
Arabic, English, Math and Science. To reach these goals, very well equipped
classrooms as well as a safe and nurturing environment will be provided.
Our school will enable Arabic speaking students to develop age appropriate
communication skills in both English and Arabic languages. At the same time, it
will embrace their rich Arab Islamic heritage. This school will be distinguished
by its emphasis on the development of 21st century leaders for the Gulf Area.
Heavy emphasis will be placed on staff appointment and professional development
to enable our teachers to deliver highest quality education.
We believe that partnerships among students, parents, the school, its community
and the Board of Trustees facilitates the learning process and adds to its
development.

Educational Goals
The school will achieve its educational goals and aims through the basic
subjects, supporting subjects and cross curriculum activities. We recognize that
achieving these goals will be reflected in the students’ performance within and
outside the school.
The school will make every effort to achieve its mission. We aim to graduate
students who are creative thinkers and scientific inquirers who wish to
contribute towards the future of Qatar.
Our goals will be realistic and accomplished in both small and large steps to
develop the values, knowledge and skills of our students. We will have high
expectations of ourselves as educators, and in turn will encourage our students
to set high expectations of themselves.
The most important goal of the school is to raise the achievement of all
students and allow them to achieve to their fullest potential. We will do this
by offering an educational program of the highest standard. It will be well
balanced and related to continuous learning, producing highly educated students
who will help support the aims of the educational reform of Qatar.
The school intends to:

School Operator: Mrs. Maha Zayed Al-Qaqa’a Al-Rowaili
Bachelor of Education in English Linguistic from Qatar University (1998) and,
Diplomas in Hypnosis and Neuron (2004). Mrs. Al-Rowaili has been working in the
education field as kindergarten academic supervisor an English teacher and
English department supervisor since her graduation in 1998. She has participated
in many workshops, conferences and training programs on leadership and
curriculum preparation, school management as well as report writing and
presented papers in several workshops on ways of teaching English.
