The SEC has set up a Communications and Information Center aimed at building positive and effective interaction between students, parents, and the community as a whole and the SEC institutes and departments. The Center will also address all issues pertaining to the education system and find solutions for individual problems based on SEC decisions, rules, and regulations.
The objectives of the Center

Achieve positive communications between SEC and the students, parents, and community organizations based on transparency, trust, and confidence.

Receive student and parents’ inquiries, respond and assist them to solve problems in coordination with the concerned departments and sections of the SEC.

Provide true and honest information about education development operations for all the stakeholders in the community.

Direct and guide students and parents towards the best ways and find solutions for their problems.

Recommend and organize programs and projects which support educational communications and partnership.

Prepare periodical reports on the Center’s activities and provide statistics about the students’ problems in terms of quantity and type.
